Translation: Hey, you will catch a cold.

Naruto: おっちゃん…

Romaji: otchan.

Translation: Mister!

Sasuke: 気にしているのか？アイツを傷つけてしまったことを。

Romaji: ki ni shiteiru no ka? aitsu o kizutsuketeshimatta koto o.

Translation: Are you worried? That you ended up hurting him?

Sasuke: 意図して傷つけたわけではないだろう？

Romaji: itoshite kizutsuketa wake de wa nai darou.

Translation: You didn't hurt him on purpose, did you?

Naruto: 当たり前だってばよ！でもそれじゃダメなんだ。九尾に飲み込まれてるようじゃ。

Translation: Of course not! But that's not good enough. If I let myself get swallowed up by the Nine Tails...

Naruto: なぁ おっちゃん。大事な友達っている？

Translation: I have a friend or a rival as well. Now because of our different opinions, we fought and went separate ways.

Naruto: でも俺はソイツをほっとけねぇんだ。向こうからしちゃ余計なお世話かもしんねぇけどさ。

Translation: But I can't ignore him. He probably thinks it is none of my business and I'm just being a pest.

Sasuke: じゃあお前があの自来也について修行するのは。

Translation: So all that training you are undergoing with Jiraya...

Naruto: 俺は強くならなきゃいけねぇ。

Romaji: ore wa tsuyoku nara nakya ike nee.

Translation: I have to get stronger.

Naruto: アイツと…サスケともう一度話をするために。

Romaji: aitsu to Sasuke to mōichido hanashi o suru tameni.

Translation: So, I can talk to Sasuke one more time.

Naruto: でもダメだ。暴走してボルトを傷つけちまった。こんなんじゃ。

Romaji: demo dame da. bōsōshite boruto o kizutsukechimatta. konnan ja.

Translation: But it's hopeless. I went out of control and hurt Boruto.

Sasuke: これは俺の友人の話だが…。ソイツは昔、目的のために親友のもとを離れる道を選んだ。すべてを断ち切ることが強さだと思ってな。

Translation: This is the story of my friend. Long ago, in order to achieve a goal, he chose a path that would separate him from his friend. He believed that strength meant severing his bonds with everything.

Sasuke: ソイツには見えてなかった。いや、見ようとしなかった。自分を誰よりも案じてくれる親友を。

Romaji: soitsu ni wa mietenakatta. iya, miyou to shinakatta. jibun o dare yori mo anjitekureru shin'yū o.

Translation: He didn't understand. More like, he didn't try to understand that he had a good friend who thought about him more than anyone else.

Naruto: ソイツってばどうなったんだ。

Romaji: Soitsu tteba dō nattan da.

Translation: What happened to him?

Sasuke: 最後は性根をたたき直された。

Romaji: saigo wa shōkon o tatakinaosareta.

Translation: In the end, his friend finally knocked some sense into him.

Sasuke: 普通なら諦めそうなところをその親友は決して諦めず、自分の言葉を曲げることもなかった。よほどの負けず嫌いだったんだろう。

Romaji: futsū nara akiramesō na tokoro o sono shin'yū wa kesshite akiramezu, jibun no kotoba o mageru koto mo nakatta. yohodo no makezugirai dattan darou.

Translation: His friend never gave up on him when others would have, and he never went back on his word. I guess he really hated losing.

Naruto: 負けず嫌いか…ヘヘッそれなら俺もちょっとは自信があるぜ！

Romaji: makezugirai ka Hehe sorenara ore mo chotto wa jishin ga aru ze!

Translation: A sore loser? I can kind of relate to that!

Sasuke: だろうな。

Romaji: darou na.

Translation: I'm sure you can.

Naruto: なぁ その２人は最後には一緒に笑えるようになったのか。

Romaji: naa sono ni nin wa saigo ni wa issho ni waraeru yō ni natta no ka.

Translation: So were those two able to laugh together in the end?
